Southern Lighting LLC., doing business as Lanai Lights is a manufacturer of unique lighting products designed to enhance your outdoor living spaces with a bright, attractive, and affordable light source.

They launched their initial website in 2010, but it failed to attract any potential clients. Lanai Lights contacted Digital Marketing Concepts in April 2018. They required assistance in raising Lanai Lights’ brand awareness and identifying suitable clients in Florida and Houston, Texas.

The Challenge

Outdated Website

The design of the website is old, with slow loading times, a lack of content, and mobile and other device responsiveness. It doesn’t draw attention to their main products and services.

Inadequate Marketing

Lanai Lights was willing to make a serious investment in marketing. They didn’t have a search engine presence, no social media engagements, and no active advertising program that may help them produce leads for the company. As a result, they were unable to expand their company and compete with other local businesses.


Information Architecture

We aggregated the pages to better information architecture and make the site’s navigation easier and clearer by including primary, secondary, and tertiary navigation menus. To create criteria and parameters for our conceptual model, we collaborated with the customer to organize, structure, and assemble the site. This collaboration was required in order to provide website visitors with a unified, consistent, and consistent experience.

Lanai Lights now has a scalable technology architecture that speeds up the discovery, crawling, indexing, and ranking of their material. Custom post kinds, dynamic XML sitemaps, crawl rate optimization, clear URL structures, and dynamic schema markup are all examples of this.

Link Building

Link building outreach is an important aspect of Lanai Lights’ overall SEO strategy. Today, a number of link-building activities have resulted in a snowball effect, with Lanai Lights getting links naturally from the content we’ve developed, as well as other earned links.
